(“Newsome Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of BrainAndSpinalCord.org (the “Site”). For clients in other states, we work with a network of independent, qualified attorneys who specialize in medical malpractice and catastrophic injuries. Those attorneys are independent practitioners and are not employees or agents of Newsome Law. Nothing on this Site should be construed as an offer to provide legal services in jurisdictions where Newsome Law attorneys are not licensed.
6. REFERRAL AND CO-COUNSEL DISCLOSURE
Cases may be referred to or handled in association with independent attorneys or law firms in other jurisdictions, including but not limited to California and other states where Newsome Law is not licensed. Where required by applicable bar rules, any fee-sharing arrangements with referral or co-counsel attorneys will be disclosed to the client and will require the client’s informed written consent prior to taking effect.
7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Prior case results described on this Site do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future case. Every case is unique and depends on its own facts and circumstances. Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee regarding the outcome of any legal matter.
